Anderson Hotel had been recently renovated, but did not perform according to the owners expectations. We took over the management in order to redress the situation and prepare the hotel for a potential sale.

ART HOTEL KARELIA is a 16 - floor building. It has 500 rooms and apartments with kitchen for short- and long-term stays. The hotel is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes drive from the city centre. Our guests have a wide choice of accommodation options: standart rooms, comfort rooms, as well as Suites and Junior Suites.
