Business hotel Karelia

ART HOTEL KARELIA is a 16 - floor building. It has 500 rooms and apartments with kitchen for short- and long-term stays. The hotel is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes drive from the city centre. Our guests have a wide choice of accommodation options: standart rooms, comfort rooms, as well as Suites and Junior Suites.

All rooms are equipped with all necessary. On the 1st floor You can enjoy a meal in the our restaurant. It offers a large selection of traditional Russian, Euoropean and Asian kitchen. There is also the hotel lobby bar ih the hall. ART HOTEL KARELIA offers 3 meeting rooms with a capacity from 20 to 180 people. And the building itself is a unique landmark of the city and the art object, in December 2012, it was awarded with the certificate of the Guinness Book of Records as the biggest three-dimensional picture in the world.

In co-operation with Business hotel “Karelia”, we elaborated a development plan for the next 3 years. Within the framework of the developed plan, a pricing policy and hotel promotion strategy in electronic sales channels.
