Domina Prestige Hotel, St Petersburg

Domina Prestige Hotel, St Petersburg was opened on March 1, 2012. Located in the very center of the city and with a distinctive Italian design concept. The concept was developed for the hotel to stand out as something different among the city's five star hotels.

Results

We launched the hotel, after providing technical services, pre-opening and manabgement, including equipment purchase of the hotel (FF&E), budgeting and forecasting, promotional activities, recruitment and staff training. The hotel opened March 1, 2012, as part of the international hotel chain, Domina Hotels & Resorts. Domina Prestige Hotel occupies an area of 7 500 m2 and has 109 rooms, restaurant, bar, conference hall, banquet hall and a SPA & Fitness center. The hotel is situated on the corner of the Moika River embankment and the magnificent St. Isaac's Square. For this hotel we created a 5D service concept around the 5 dimensions of life: Romance, Family, Adventure, Nature and Work. This concept was woven into all the aspects of the hotels operations and product.
