Hotel Volgograd

We were invited to implement crisis management effort: not only building repair was needed, but also the improvement of service quality and bring it up to an international a 5 star hotel level.

Project aim

The symbol of Volgograd - the hotel of the same name situated on the central square - one of the oldest in Russia - the large-scale renovation plan was extended for 5 years and included expenses for 800 million.

The Hospitality Management Company was invited to implement crisis management: not only building repair was needed but also the improvement of service quality up to 5 star hotel standard.

The symbol of Volgograd - the hotel of the same name situated on the central square - one of the oldest in Russia - the large-scale renovation plan was extended for 5 years and included expenses for 800 million roubles.

During 6 months our specialist was working on changing the hotel's business processes, making changes in the organizational structure, setting up the sales and conducting preparations for the hotels classification. Hotel Volgograd opened its doors to tourists in April 2015, after two stages of renovation - this time as a modern five-star hotel.
