Hotel Voyage

Taking into account a number of identified problems and the new hotel building launching, the Hospitality Management team created a new organizational structure and staff schedule for all hotel services. Bonus programs were developed for the FO and Housekeeping departments to increase the motivation of employees. The development and provision of hotel standards (SOP) work for all hotel service specially adapted to the specifics of this hotel was the important part of work.

One of the main issues was the outdated and incorrectly configured property management system (PMS), which did not display the true information for management reporting - our specialists restored manually all data for the past 4 years. The Hospitality Management Company conducted an analysis of existing control systems (PMS) in the Russian market. Based on the analysis results and the necessary functionality, an appropriate control system was recommended for the hotel.

We created course on revenue management, sales management and hotel management training. We also developed a rate matrix for 2016, which took into account the hotel specifics and enabled an increase of efficiency of work in electronic sales channels. Another important work stage was done on the formation of the right contract templates and in conjunction with the Hotel "Voyage" carried out an analysis of existing contracts and identified items that required correction and refinement.
