Results

The property owner had questions with regards to the hotels service levels and wanted to find a way to improve it and make the team positive about the challenge. We therefore devised a program to audit the hotel's situation, but did not share any negative aspects to what we found. However, we devised a training program addressing all aspects found by making the team discover it themselves and then we worked on developing an action plan for the hotel to implement.
